My 70 year old husband was admitted there and I advised nurses in the ward that my husband was a "falls" victim - they had him in an extra high bed and said the bed couldn't be lowered, the nurse and the social worker Courtney Smith assured me they would raise the side rails. I went in the next day, a nurse and Dr Mithu Palin came in and asked if I was next of kin - I said yes I’m his wife silly - they told me my husband had fallen out of bed! I forwarded my complaint onto the hospital and 60 minutes channel 9. Dr Mithu Palin does a good job dragging up all the patients and leaving them laying on the bed. That social worker should be fired on the spot as she is very deceitful spoiled little brat, Two-faced and cannot be trusted. She should not be working in a hospital environment. Most of the patients at the hospital have coronavirus not recommended.
