Clean facilitys all around, Pools nice and clean, Temperature for the pools is nice and warm and if you want hotter theres a pool at 40 degrees. The kids splash pad is a bonus however the hydroslides you have to be 90kgs and under to go on them so great for the kids but not so much adults. We got in half price by staying at the resort but its worth the entry fee.
Came here Saturday. Beautiful space. Clean and tidy. Reception space confusing went to top, apparently happens a lot but lady there so nice and redirected us easily.nSpent several hours in their pools. So great. Kids had a blast. And water warm enough in ‘kids area’ that I could just float whilst watching kids in same pool. Definitely back on next trip those ways
Absolutely loved the experience of relaxing in the hot spring pools. The kids enjoyed hopping between the different pools and the slides which was the only disappointment for me that I had to pay $8 per child . Really comes in handy after a long drive and just looking to kick back and relax.
Beautiful Location, Must visit if staying in Taupo. Warm water, Great for Summer evenings. Friendly Staff. Have a good soak will def give you a good night's rest
