Not sure if it was a real mineral hot water pool as no smell was coming out. But it was a nice place to spend a cool summer evening with family. Kids really enjoyed it, we too. Private pool was really good
This place was awesome. Definitely a must see in Taupo. Entry includes free usage to the private thermal pools.
We were here many years ago and basically it's stayed the same, except the 2 hot tub style pools were closed. Nice waterpark for the kids, 2 main pools for everyone. More holiday Park style than luxury spa. Vending machine on site, cafe up long drive way.
Really friendly staff and would give them a 10/10 for service, however my expectations of the private spa pool were very different to what their facilities offered. If you are after a nice couples relaxing spa I wouldn’t recommend.
Had a awesome relaxing spa in the private spa as well,as the outdoor pools, forgot what locker number i had and 3 staff members were there to assist with patience and smiles even shared a joke about having to stay the night which wouldn't have been a problem to us .
Lovely relaxing spot, one of the hydroslides wasn't working on both days here but still 2 available. Only downfall was the walk back up the hill when relaxed. Excellent customer service and lovely and clean.
Such a great place. Kids love it and it's a really great time for families. Worth the visit every time we come to Taupo.
Really amazing place i have ever seen, fantastic but if you are planning to bring you own tent please bring the commercial power cable too otherwise they gonna charge you for providing the power cable.
