Looking for a place to camp for the night with my csc bus and got an excellent recommendation for the Ferry Reserve Freedom Camp. Super spot by the river. Lady in the i-site was very helpful and friendly. Thank you.

Fabulous informative staff. Lots to see and do ....plenty of information about things to do in Tararua. Check out the new highways simulator....you can drive it at 130km....no speeding ticket!!! Lol
Clean well-maintained loos and plenty of parking. Wander over the road to the Caltex service station if you want food, or head west for cafes etc.
Friendly staff and the Digital Space is awesome. Great space and got everything you need as if you're working from the office.
