When I dropped the 2 lengths of aluminium channel off I was told a week to do maybe sooner. It took nearly 3 weeks to get done. I was told a minimum charge but was not told this was plus GST. When it was taking so long I rang PIC Coating and their minimum charge was almost half, unfortunately my items had been done by then. I have no complaints about the finish just the misleading time to do and the charge.hence the 1 star rating. I won't be going back.
Poor service,2 1/2 weeks to coat a towbar,was blasted and zinc prior to drop off..then tried charging for blast and zinc! Charged double the quote also..more focus on customer service needed.. Be aware!
Awesome guys top quality product very professional and easy to deal with. They take care and pride in their work.
