Lovely quiet and clean space.

Excellent facilities with very helpful & staff!
A neat and tidy public library with good sitting areas and friendly staff. Situated right on the centre of town close to cafes, shops and banks.
A marvellous historic building, beautifully reinterpreted, and valuable community resource...ruined, however, by rude, unhelpful, narcissistic staff members whose egos would better be served by careers in the world of corporate and deconstruction...is it just too easy to qualify as a librarian in the 21st century?
On a Monday found one of the staff extremely unhelpful when needing help with the computer. Won't be going there on a Monday again. I've lived in Castlemaine for 30 years and never had a bad experience before.
Absolutely marvelous place! The book wind in the willows helped with my technological assignment it really really helped me build my first custom water cooled pc my cpu is overclocked now because the three little pigs novel was soooooo useful I really enjoyed this library
Ever since renovations the building looks great. Not a lot of parking is the only downside but a great environment for studying
