Absolute worst doctor practice in hawkes bay hands down. The receptionist's are unhelpful and rude. The doctors dont make enough time for the patients the appointment feels rushed and dont feel valued as a patient. Had to change practices because i had enough of trying to make an appointment and never managing to get one.

Don't bother. Being completely full of patients is apparetly reason enough to be rude and dismissive on the phone.
customer serves is NON existent at this medical center iv been with them for as long as they have been in operation over 30 years and with the same doctor since she joined the practice. over the last few years customer service has declined to a point where we the customers are no more than a number

Awesome medical centre, most of the staff are great, pharmacy and physio are close by.
Poor to average service on every visit, not impressed this far.. Nurses even refuse to organise new prescriptions for pain relief!
