Quiet, clean, simple place to camp. Nice people.
Suited me because I like the relaxed atmosphere and the many trees. There are several areas so it feels private. Close to town and the river is just across the road. Discount for NZMCA.
Really relaxed site with plenty of help and advice about nearby excellent walking. So good we stayed an extra night.
Very helpful people, I needed somewhere to wash clothes and given the difficult time with NZ on lockdown. The owners went out of their way to make sure I was accommodated. Thanks heaps
Lovely quiet spot, booked at last minute while we were on the road and host was very accommodating. Cosy little rooms in a great little town
Excellent stop over on our bike ride. Classic kiwi camp ground and cabins, excellent hot showers, lovely hosts.
Love this place!! Tina and Colin are lovely, there's heapsa wee spots to pitch a tent, and it's super close to heaps of outdoor activities.
Fantastic friendly hosts, nothing was a problem. Retro camping ground with great facilities and so close to the supermarket and amazing op shop. Highly recommended.
It was the right place for us , very friendly helpful hosts. Wish i had the money to buy it.
