Be prepared to wait LOOOONG for your order! We also found that others were getting their orders before us, even when they placed their orders after us perhaps we ordered 4?. Drinks not worth the long wait : Really felt for the 2 young ladies working there - with one continually telling the other not to take further orders. Order No 56, Sat 4 Feb 2023.
Wrap was falling apart, not wrapped properly might aswell just given me the salad and tortilla separately, only wearing one glove..
Usually friendly service and good tasting smoothies but recent experience wasn’t quite as I expected. Salted caramel smoothie had a really bad aftertaste and could also sense it wasn’t blended properly and also there was only one lady serving who sounded quite rude and unhappy. Might avoid here for a little while and consider Botany Junction instead.
Great food and drinks. Personally, I had a "Mega green smoothie. It turned out great! very fulling. Also the customer service was excellent! I will continue to go everyday to Tank Botany
I always love to go botany tank for my juice very friendly staff and good customer service. Tank smoothies and juices always delicious
The juice had a lot of seeds and foam from the apples and the salad was very awkward to eat the greens were whole while the rest of the salad was choped bite size kinda but the lady that worked there was nice to me and help me with the self serve. The self serv machine needs a more organized menu, it was hard to navigate

When we first walked up...they had notes and signs on the self serve ordering screens saying they were out of service for 20 mins. Then as we were about to walk away, the lady started pulling off the notes so we asked if they were doing smoothies and she said we are only doing smoothies. So we went ahead and placed an order for 3 large smoothies. We waited 20 MINUTES for our order!! The 2 ladies behind the counter moved at such a slow glacial pace, no sense of urgency to the inconvenience of customers waiting for their smoothie orders...it was painful to watch. Then much to our surprise along with the 3 other customers who were also annoyed at this point as to what was taking soo long when we were handed medium size and a small size cup for each large size order. We ended up with 2 lots of cupholders that had 3 medium size cups and 3 small cups. The lady who handed us the order then says they ran out of large size cups. Not sure why they just didn't advise customers that large size was not available. And since none of the smoothies were labelled...we had to then figure out which ones were which and there was no apologies for the 20 minute wait either. The smoothies did taste really good however..but this is expected considering the flavour profiles should be pretty dummy proof. And for the 20 minute wait it's the least you would expect. Have had main courses come out faster than these smoothies! They need to work on their overall service delivery and sense of urgency.
great service by one of the girl in mask, that was the best tank mango I ever had, the other staff had to much attitude.
Disappointed in the quality for a $15 salad, contacted tank team and clearly they do not care about the quality or freshness of their ingredients. Receiving an email saying we added all the ingredients is appalling in relation to the quality of the salad.
