Bad customer service - not valuing time of others .After waiting in the queue for several mts , they mentioned they won’t serve Raw juices from the menu. Could have easily mentioned it in their big menu display
This is the worst tank ever. Took ages for the order to come. The staff took ages and mucked around. People behind us even were getting their orders Juice arrived and the banana was basically put in whole and the juice was warm. Not only was the wait long but the juice was warm. Would never recommend and the entire staff should be sacked for their horrible work ethic.
Disgusting, found a leaf mixed into my salad when I got home.
Terrible service, waited 20 mins with 1 person in front of us. When the juices turned up they were about as lumpy as the floor we were walking on. I wouldn't be surprised if there was an entire banana floating round in the liquid.
Tank smoothies are always delicious. Its Christmas Holiday time and you need more staff on. Your shop is busy, but I have walked out on other days to get back to work.
A young female staff member was quiet rude and unhelpful. She got my order completely wrong. The smoothies are good, just don’t expect certain staff to have manners or get your order correct.
Took a while to make the shakes I ordered. Then the worker presented my order and someone who had ordered after me at the same time. I'd prefer to have my shakes once they are made, not once its more convenient for the worker.
This Tank Store seems very disorganised. Waited a long to for order to be taken then another 20mins for the order to be made. They need another staff member on over lunchtime. The staff are struggling to keep on top of the demand.They seem to concentrate on smoothies and forget about the salads & wraps to be made.
I waited 20 min for one drink and the staff just ignored the customers. Like 5 people left due to not being served. They were just in general rude. Not gonna come back
Yesterday I bought a salad from Tank. The two staff were very busy on their phones when I walked in. The kitchen was filthy with benches covered in milk cartons, unused supplies and mess. Although it wasn’t an issue that not all the salad ingredients were available, the lack of an offer to replace it was. The final straw.... oh we have no forks! It’s a salad, how am I supposed to eat it! ‘We don’t have a manager and I haven’t had training’ was the response! What! To find a fork you need that! Time to shape up or ship out Tank Nelson!
