Very friendly and accommodating. No mention of dairy free or vegan on the menu but the waiter quickly let us know which items were dairy free. The vegetable samosas are the biggest I’ve ever seen. Naan bread is also quite big, not the small pieces like we get in Australia. They also have a yummy eggplant curry which not all Indian restaurants have.
Friendly service, staff are very accomodating, food is delicious and generous portion. It’s great that they are also able to adjust the spice level so that my colleagues that can’t handle spiciness can still enjoy a meal with me.
We booked online with ease, the booking was confirmed as their online booking service suggests. We ordered 2 entrees, a main, 2 Naan and a drink each which came out fairly quickly. My partner enjoyed the entrees but I found the butter chicken very bland, I wouldn't rave about it. While the serving sizes were a good size I probably wouldn't return. There is better Indian restaurants around. We paid and left. Upon getting home we found we had actually paid someone else's table which was a significantly larger order than ours.
Since this is only an Uber takeaway order I can't really judge the device and atmosphere, but after this meal I am wanting to eat here for real. The Lamb Madras was packed, felt like an unlimited meal with plenty of meat pieces. And how big was the Naan bread with real garlic pieces. Really enjoyed my meal, I also ordered rice but didn't realize the meal came with it, it'll be good to know when ordering it was included. Shout out to the chef that night. Amazing.
We had an absolutely delicious meal here - flavorful and authentic with good wine and a great playlist - and all of the staff here deserve a medal. The restaurant was slammed and they were all working so hard and efficiently and remained pleasant the whole time. Puneet at the front was really great - his multitasking abilities and memory for names and faces is impressive. The kitchen didn’t look large so I don’t know how the chefs managed to prepare all of the food to feed all those many hungry tables but somehow they did. Definitely recommend eating here if you get the chance!
Loved the food, especially their tandoori rotis and Naan - cooked to perfection and I appreciated that each curry had its own flavour profile. The way it should be and staff/manager are very accomodating. We will be coming back to this place for sure.
Loved the naan bread, the mango lassi was also delicious. They were very busy and the atmosphere was good. We had 3 curries including the Lamb Korma, they food was very good. They did forget our onion bhaji, but the food we ordered was definitely enough. Highly recommend if you are near Queenstown central.Food: 5/5
From Bombay Palace, We ordered, "Butter Chicken in Delhi style", "Lamb Curry", "Prowns Curry", "Lamb Briyani", "Starter Grilled Prowns" and "Nans". Everything were delicious, tasty and the staff was so good. From Coyote Grill, We ordered, "Prowns; for starters", "Mixed Fahita", "Beef Tortillas" and "Non-Alcoholic drink". We like everything because it delicious and the staff was lovely.
Nice people, good food. They are busy for dinner times but the food was worth the wait.
Food was really good. Especially Lamb briyanni with yogurt. Mango Lassi was super thick, if you like it thick you will love it. Portion is big, you dev leaving here full. But we wait for our food for an hour.... We got in store at 8pm and food was served at 9:10pm, they make food for 1 table a time...
