HIPPY – Home Interaction Programme for Parents & Youngsters
As part of the HIPPY programme you work with your child in your home for 15 minutes a day, 5 times per week. Your child will build knowledge in maths, reading and writing while developing their cognitive, creative and social skills, all of which need to be in place for a successful start at school.

Playgroup
PLEASE NOTE AS FROM 2017 PLAYGROUP ON THURSDAYS WILL BE RUNNING IN THE AFTERNOON.
Every Tuesday (10am-12pm) and Thursday (12.30pm-2.30pm) (apart from in the school holidays) we run a playgroup for under fives. A parent/guardian must remain with the child. A gold coin donation is gratefully received which goes towards providing fresh fruit for the children. Complimentary tea, coffee and cold water is provided.
Communication for Life (adult literacy) with the Manukau Institute of Technology
We provide a small, friendly class to improve your English reading, writing and maths. We use material from our everyday lives such as:

Budget Advice
Every Wednesday and Friday our fully qualified Budget Advisor is here to assist you in taking control of your finances. Additional days may be available. Please call us to discuss your needs.
Counselling
We have two experienced counsellors who will listen in confidence to your deepest concerns, and offer you a pathway to better understand yourself and others, free from worrying about the past or the future.
Justice of the Peace ("JP")
Every Monday from 11am-12pm we have a JP on site to sign/swear your documents. She can do things like swear/affirm affidavits, sign sponsorship forms, certify copies... Contact us to find out more.
Parenting programmes
The Triple P (Positive Parenting Programme) gives parents simple and practical advice to help them confidently manage their children’s behaviour, prevent problems developing and to build strong, healthy relationships. Contact us to register your interest for the next classes.

Seasons programmes for children, young people and adults
Seasons for Growth is a peer support programme which helps people of all ages to understand and cope with the changes they experience when a significant loss occurs. The programme is based on an understanding that working through grief involves four tasks and uses the imagery of the four seasons. The programme is a safe and proven way to help people to think about, and for some, come to terms with their life changing experiences.
Homeopathy
Rebecca Stirrup has been a registered classical homeopath since 1994 and has wide and varied experience. She has worked as a volunteer homeopath in Tanzania for several months. This provided new inspiration for her work as a homeopath.
