Basic rural airport, does everything that's necessary, friendly staff, no-fuss service, can't think of anything else to add without generating unnecessary overheads. Small aircraft. Think rural charm, practicality and convenience. Just hope the Wellington bureaucrats don't come and spoil this little gem.
one of the very best souvenir of our trip in NZ.
Flew Golden Bay Air on a Heaphy run and then a Welly flight, and I must say I was impressed by their professionalism. Really enjoyed both flights, will make sure to fly them again. Highly recommended !
Airport is trash
