Beautiful location near Stokes Valley, good for a walk or bike to enjoy the scenic views of the Hutt Valley.
Nice place to swim when your able to
It's not the same as 20yrs ago. The ROCK will always hold its name though. This was the best and ever place to have family fun if you couldn't make it to any campsites. All we need now is BBQ tables and a built in BBQ for families or visitors to use while swimming . Just saying.
Good place to go for a swim. Deep swimming hole with a rock cliff to jump off. Also has walk tracks and bike trail along the side of the river always good to be out and about in the great outdoors.
Nice swimming hole...a bit on the dirty side. Would be nice if people looked after the environment. i.e plastic, motor parts, clothing left lying around. Please clean up after yourselves...don't take our beautiful rivers for granted.
