Great little club. Can hire clubs and carts. Course has a bit of everything, water height tree......very good views while playing. Will return. Played there 4 times.
The Tairua course is in great condition. Played in the Coastal Classic last week and unfortunately rain played a big part in the scores. Today was very different with the course drying out. Quite a bit of run so have to pick right clubs to stay out of OB and hazards. Greens quite fast and because it was a Xmas Tournament we had placing through green. Still some very tricky holes but a pleasure to play the course. Thanks to the Ladies of the club for putting on a fantastic morning tea for the 3 day Coastal Classic and the women's 9/18 hole Xmas Tournament. If you want to see country hospitality at its best put in your diary for next year both these tournaments or come play the course if you are in the area. Plus a big thanks to club president Ken. I will be back!!
Wow, wild golf course that won’t bore, beautiful views 360degrees and well kept. Best to go end of spring in to summer as rainy winters season is quite soft and muddy. Loved my game here and sure to be back! A must do.
This review is only for the golf course…nnThe golf course is outstanding and beautiful with a well maintained area and challenging holes.nNew signage as to where the next hole is could be much appreciated for the people that are new to the course as it is like a maze , haha!!!!nnThe scenery is breath taking, having the rivers and the pinnacles at the foot of the course!!nnThe course is very unique and has lots of challenging aspects to it which I enjoy!nnThanks TGCACC
