We stayed in our campervan here for two nights and loved the place. Toilets were super clean, beautiful hot showers that required a token to use but totally worth it. Ample kitchen facilities, laundry and games room. It was super quiet here at night time. Charlie let us borrow a shovel so we could visit the local beaches and shared his local knowledge with us. A short walk to some cute little restaurants too. Would def stay here again
Absolutely adored our stay here! Great location, a small stroll to the water or to the shops and restaurants, but still quiet and relaxing! Great facilities, BBQ, kitchen, games room and great showers! But what really made our stay memorable was Charlie, the camp manager. He was so kind, down to earth, helpful, and always around when you needed him! The soul of the campground! We can’t wait to visit again! Thanks for a great summer!
Clean facilities! That is very important to me especiailly toilets are very clean. No concrete campervan parking but unfortunately no rain so i am ok with it. Very budget place for one night. There is a payroom has table pooling and many kids toys that are enough to kill one night. Location is great which is close the 4 square and many restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at Tairua Campground Paradise Coast. The location is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, clean, and surrounded by stunning coastal views and nature. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and slow down.nThe facilities were well maintained and everything was kept tidy throughout our stay. Charlie and Heather are very welcoming, and very helpful, which made the experience even better. Charlie even went above and beyond—he even gave us a snapper he had caught and filleted himself. Such a kind and generous gesture, and it really made our stay feel extra special.nWe’ve stayed here before at a non-powered site and recently booked a powered site—both were great, with plenty of space and a relaxed atmosphere. The campground has a really nice, laid-back vibe that makes you feel right at home.nHighly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, scenic getaway close to the beach and local township.nWe’ll definitely be coming back again.nnFaye & Ettiene
