Tairua Butchery

My review is specific to Pure Beef sausages made by this excellent team. Low fat content, great grainy texture, and no rubbish additives. Cook perfectly and taste like a dream. No splitting, no shrinkage, and full flavour. Thanks very much The Butchery Tairua.

The quality of the produce is outstanding. Award winning bacon, naturally smoked and cured in-house. The smoked chicken is delicious. Home made sausages. Free range chicken and pork available.

Been coming to our Bach at Hahei for ever but as we usually travel late afternoon we always miss the Butcher stopped here on the 27th and got a few things , well we had the little lamb leggy things for Dinner and in the morning my wife said let's go back and get more , we got 2 more lamb leggy things , smoked salmon , prawn kebabs , smoked mussels beef sausages etc , had the kebabs and salmon for lunch , beautiful, and the items we purchased were no more expensive than in Auckland , this butcher is not only the best butcher in NZ not just the best in Oceanania it's quite simply the Best Butcher in The Whole WORLD
