Owner was aggressive when I went in with my mobility assistance dog. Told me to keep him outside, with an aggressive tone. When I explained he is a service dog, and I have ID the owner huffed and rolled his eyes and said doesn't matter. His own dog stays in store and that means all other dog can't enter because 'they will spray'. I explained my dog has never sprayed in his life, and I got a terse reply 'I've been told that before'. He said we could enter but i had to 'watch my dog'. However his manner remained incredibly unfriendly and I felt very uncomfortable and anxious. My dog is always by my side, he is my mobility support.. Interesting how the owner was very friendly to a male customer, interrupting our conversation to sweetly tell him how nice it was to see him. Clearly, those disabled people with service dogs are not welcome here.

The cafe is awesome after a good look around, just in case you missed something!! Head back in to discover more. Has always been a great outdoor shop and worth a look.
