Saw a car on TradeMe so drove over to view it. No one came out to greet me even after 15 min. Someone was inside the office but the door was locked - midday on a Wednesday. A man came to the door and blocked it. When I explained I was interested in a particular car and wanted more information on it, he suggested I read their web site! I asked again and said I wanted to view it but again he referred me to the web site. At that point I walked away. I can't find them on NZ list of registered motor traders and there's no other company name on their web site. Who are these guys? I wouldn't trust them an inch.
A lot of cars to look at but the salesman didn't seem to be at all interested in selling me a car. I asked for a test drive and he said he only allows that if I am prepared to go ahead with a purchase. Not sure how you can decide you want to buy a car if you have never driven it!!!Probably thought I was just another "tyre kicker" but I was a cash buyer. I won't be going back.
Bought a Suzuki Swift. No drama, no fuss. The sales manager was easy to deal with and helped with insurance and finance. Happy to recommend these guys for anyone wanting sales and service plus. Thanks.
I was looking at at a vehicle on thier page and enquired about some details with cash in hand and ready to travel for the car. The sales rep was blunt and rude. Obviously didn't want to help and can't be bothered selling cars. If your looking for a car I wouldn't look here.
BEWARE, they sell illegally tampered cars. After raised suspicion from their rude and unwelcoming service when I went to view the car, I had its plates checked and found that the odometre had been illegally set back 55,000kms. Interesting that their only positive reviews seem to be from family members. I would stay well clear of this yard
Great team. Quality vehicles and they really go out of there way to deliver a top service. Would definitely buy there again
Communication with these guys is absolutely terrible, car had problems within 2 weeks. I'd advise caution and insurance on purchase with these guys.
When I enquired about a car and asked for a test drive the salesman said that he had no keys on for any cars on the lot until the following Monday, this was on a Wednesday.
Very helpful abliging and professional. An overall pleasent experience and have ended up with a very nice vehicle as a result. Will definatley go back.
Very poor communication.First he put the price $500 low for $6500 car saying on deal and all of a sudden he changed the price to $7999lmao.
