A wonderful pharmacy where the staff are the best of the best! Always incredibly welcoming, they care deeply about their customers. Knowledgeable and professional and very keen to assist. They have gorgeous gift items as well! Just a delight to visit.
We visited for our flu and covid vaccinations and were warmly welcomed and quickly served by friendly staff. Had time to have a look at the shelves and saw a good range of medical goods at fairly reasonable prices. Off-street parking provided. Wheelchair accessible.
I went there to get new prescription for my husband, only one RX. I have few people waiting and came after me, they were all served and gone and I was wondering why I was still there waiting. it turned out my medication sat in the counter forgotten for quite sometimes while this woman I think a manager was served and talked with customer for quite some time. And no apology with the excused "so busy" came from her. I won't come back there, rather go to Stoke or elsewhere with good service. Waited for almost 25 minutes.
We find the staff very friendly and helpful and efficent. They go out of their way to source information when required. Used this pharmacy for over a decade.
Tahunanui Pharmacy provide an excellent friendly service. My daughter has complex medical issues and tricky prescriptions sometimes needed urgently. Nothing ever a problem. They are an integral part of our team.
I have only been in the Pharmacy once to get my sons presciption that's why I said I'm not sure of those questions Anyway the lady who served me was very efficient The prescription was all ready for me which I liked
Normally always have an amazing experience there, lovely staff, offers delivery at times and super accommodating to us. I assume there has been a new hire since I last been. Was treated poorly and rudely by this new woman, don't appreciated being degraded when trying to collect my medication, left in tears. Considering to move pharmacy purely to avoid her. Otherwise thank you to all the other lovely staff there. EDIT; I am unsure how to respond to your reply. I don't think using the weather as an excuse for someone's behavior is acceptable, times are tough but that doesn't mean people can be horrible to others especially when they're your employee's.

We got vaxxed at tahunanui pharmacy yesterday. I managed to book in at very short notice. I took my two daughters, 12 and 14. One was pretty reluctant, but Davina and her team were friendly and professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Miss Reluctant was pleasantly surprised with an extremely gentle jab. Despite the prevailing situation, the atmosphere in the store was calm. There was basically no wait. It was a beautifully well-oiled machine. I can't recommend these guys highly enough.
Been there to buy something very urgent but there was one old man standing in front of cashier asking hundred thousands of questions while other customers left unattended but waiting. Personal opinion, cashier should be doing the bills because you have 2 pharmacists sitting at the prescription counter to answer people questions.
