Great place to walk and enjoy native flora and bird life. Lots of well maintained paths for all levels of walkers. Lovely little visitor information Centre manned by a great bunch of volunteers.
I was surprised to come across this gem. It is not quite as big as some of the other parks that I have visited, but is definitely worth a visit.nThe staff are friendly and helpful, the main area is easily accessible.nBecause it is a bit outside the city it is not too busy.nThere are a lot of things too see in a relatively small radius and is a perfect place for the elderly to visit.
A great place to visit for tourists and locals alike. Plenty of walks of varying distances and intensities through beautiful native forest.
The information centre for the Wilton's bush. A nice place altogether. Some of the native bush are unique. Nice experience overall.
If the botanic gardens are a bit too curated for you then you'll feel right at home at this gem.
