Swirls

Very unprofessional. I went here to get a smoothie and the African American young lady thought it was cool to take a video call while she makes my smoothie. That is ridiculous. Didn’t even used a glove, while she kept touching her mask. And this this is not racist because I too am African American.

I can't in leave a good review. The inside appears as if it hasn't been cleaned since before COVID. The young man at the register should not have been dealing with people at all. I will never bring my family to this location ever again.

Why was the facility closed today, 12/14/22 at 9:30 p.m.? when does it say it's open until 10pm?

Very quick service and nice to have something open a little later downtown Highland Park.

employees were unfriendly. my blizzard was not full, and the dipped cone was the saddest dipped cone I have ever seen. one employee had his entire hand wrapped around the cone when handing it to me. men's bathroom has been out of order for months. women's has no paper towel dispenser/air dryer, no soap dispenser, and was overall gross. employee made us get masks when his was under his nose the entire time AND said nothing when a women was using her shirt as a "mask". worst dairy queen ever

Only one guy working and the store was super busy. He was great, he must have been a college kid, but definitely needed a coworker because of how busy it was. I felt bad for him.

Ordered a cake for Saturday. The writing was awful as well as the sides were completely coming off. When we went to serve it the chocolate separated from the vanilla. I called yesterday and left a message for the manager with no response. I called back today and was told that " This has never happened " I'll give you 25% off your next purchase. I said no thanks. She said 50% I again said no thanks. I will go back to the Northbrook location!!!

Got us in and out quickly. Pretty good ice cream. Staff didn't really know what was on some mixes, which is strange. Wonder woman special mix is pretty darn good though.

I wouldn't do the food, it's strictly a swirl cone for me. Sometimes, the swirl gives my wife and I a bit of IBS. It's happened a few times. Can't be sure. Hopefully, it never bothers you. Try DQ in a plastic cup with fudge on bottom, middle, and top.
