This director Fiona is so misleading We never went to swimming classes abd she didn’t mention in email that she is holding place We never got asked to pay deposit so we said yes assuming it’s not in contract We couldn’t make it during covid reasons and she sent us email to pay the fee Taking her to court it’s not about the fee, we already paid by the way but ITS MISLEADING PEOPLE to take book ins The reason I want to take her to court so she won’t mislead other people. We already donated fee Don’t enrol your child tbh
Instructor was great. Young but good with my 4m old. Place didn’t look clean….didn’t feel clean which is disappointing as i was hoping to join the classes
My special needs son was taking lessons at swimsation papakura for a year + , over this time the lessons went from $300 per term to a whopping $500 per term, I multiple times was in contact with staff regarding the lessons as my son was constantly chucked around instructors most times we were only told his instructor was going to be changed or canceled all together right before the lesson, I don't think we had the same instructor for consecutive lessons very often.This was very stressful for my son as routine was key and I had told them this more than once with nothing done to sort this, the facility is old out dated and definitely not clean. I had $40 left to pay on last terms fees I didn't feel like I should have to pay considering we had been canceled on so many times and my son swimming with a flutter board after being at lessons for so long he did not need the flutter board he had been swimming with out on for a long time but because he was constantly chucked between instructors they never knew what stage he was at. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED and was threatened to be sent to debt collectors. do not recommend this place At all.
good facilities bit quite a small space. It gets really busy and since it's just one way in and out the whole place is really chaotic when all sessions are running at capacity
Great teachers, fun positive environment & reasonable pricing. Would definitely recommend this place my son has come leaps and bounds he started with very little swim ability and now can swim well. Thank you.
Very busy, but every one's there for the same reason, great instructors keep the kids entertained while learning and having fun
Wonderful place for kids, my boy is attending classes since 1 year old to present.
