Making some of the best fudge and sweets in the world- come and see it made!
We make delicious sweet treats in our open kitchen. We hand-make our fudge the traditional way, starting with sugar, cream and glucose syrup. We work it on a 600kg granite table and mould it into a log which we slice up and sell in big chunks for around $6 or $7. We also make real fruit ice creams, blended to order and served on waffle cones which we make in-store. If you're lucky you might also catch us rolling hard boiled candy or home-style fruit jams.
