Lovely accommodation, in beautiful well looked after surroundings. Very peaceful with own garden space to relax in. We had small child & dog with us, plenty of space for them to run around without disturbing others. Owner & staff very friendly & helpful. Short car journey into Poulton & Blackpool not far by car. Would def recommend & will go back.
Had a lovely time and accomadation was very spacious and clean with all you need for a self-catering break.Lovely Scenery and so peaceful .It was my second visit here and have placed my booking for next year !!The owner is very friendly and helpful too!!
Had a wonderful stay in the heron lodge,was lovely warm and cosy and very well equipped. Kids loved the wildlife pond with ducks and swans being so close to the lodge and liked to watch the beautiful birds in the avery. Would reommend to anyone and we will definately stay here again,fabulous place to stay.Rooms: 5/5
Returned to Swans Rest again after such a great time in June but chose to stay in a cottage this time. Irene and her staff go over and above to make sure that you have everything you need in the accommodation for your stay. We have never stayed anywhere that is so well equipped. Lovely spacious cottage, nice having a separate shower and bathroom rather than having one ensuite. Plenty of storage in the bedrooms and lovely comfy beds. Great wi fi and freeview tv, still able to watch Netflix etc. Right next door to the orchard and a lovely space to sit out. Loved the little aviary. Lots of places to go, and near to Blackpool but without the hustle and bustle. Nice places to eat nearby, loved the Koi Pool and Burnside Garden Centre literally minutes away. If you don't want to cook there are lots of places to order in via the apps, can recommend Seniors fish and chips they have their own online ordering. The supermarkets also deliver so you can order all your groceries while you are there. We can highly recommend staying at Swans Rest and we will definitely be booking again next year.
Stayed for 5 weeks. Lovely and quiet. We wished we found it sooner. Great if you have a dog. Easy parking. Has everything you would need. Would love to come again. Mrs O"Connor and staff work so hard keeping everything spotless. Many thanks.

Came here for a week on the 4/8/18 and had a brilliant stay. Had the cottage which sleeps 6 people. Situated conveniently for.the local.shops and 15 mins from.blackpool and Fleetwood. Cottage was extremely clean and tidy with all.mod cons. Own private garden and dog walk owner was really pleasant and welcoming just an all.round brilliant experience
Such a lovely and peaceful place to spend a few days break. Beautiful, well kept surroundings. All you need in the lodges. So comfortable, a real home from home. Would love to return.Rooms: 5/5
June 2017. This is the third time we have been in Qulie cottage. It was lovely and clean and well equipped. The surrounding are beautiful. Irene and the staff work very hard to keep it like that. If you like eating out you can not go wrong and its all local. So thanks for a great stay.we just love it. Pat and dave xx.
This was the second time we stopped there we booked and paid for 2 months..unfortunately we only stopped there xmas eve for 2days then I ended up in hospital for 10 days.. when we did go back the stuff we had left in the log cabin had been given away.. me not very happy they had no right to give it away.. I had paid up to 6th of February so has far as I am concerned it was theft..rant over...
