We’re Wellington region’s energy efficiency experts, providing advice and selling products which result in drier, healthier homes.

All profits are invested into award-winning community programmes that empower everyone to live more sustainably.

I booked a free home energy assessment with Sustainability trust and I found it incredibly helpful. I feel so grateful for this free!! resource for those who need it most. I am lucky that my landlord is pretty reasonable, so even things that I can't do myself, I will be passing on to her to see if she's interested in implementing things. The assessment has tailored advice that is helpful to your specific home and circumstances. I couldn't recommend this service more. I hope people will take advantage of such a fantastic resource. Rob conducted my assessment and he was amazing. Totally, totally recommend.
I had Karl visit our home two weeks ago. Karl was super informative, kind, and resourceful. He explained all about energy and how to keep our home dry, warm, and cost-efficient. He wasn't shy to crawl beneath the floor or inspect the roof for moldy spots : Thank you, Karl, we learned a lot!
I found the home assessment to be a really useful experience. I'm not aware of how else you could get this sort of information. Rob was really knowledgeable and provided a lot of info, so overall I recommend this service
I am very appreciative that this service exists. I want to do the right thing to make my house warm and dry for tenants. You are helping me to that. Very knowledgeable!
Got these guys around 3 weeks ago to give me a quote for a moisture barrier. Chris said that he would email me the quote that day. 3 weeks passed without anything being received. Called Chris 2 days ago and left a message on his phone. I have heard nothing back. Really disappointing with their customer service and would not recommend them. An update - it has now been 4 days since I posted this review. Despite them saying they would be in contact with me, I have heard nothing. These guys really have some issues with respect to customer service. As I said before, very disappointing
I have had both insulation and a heat pump installed, such a great caring team, very pleased with both teams and the 'man' that did the initial assessment , I would award 10 stars, well done and a big thank you to the installers
Karl came to my home and we have a lovely talk about all the things I can do while renting. I thought I knew everything I could possibly know and when Karl left I felt like I'd learnt so much more. 100% recommend.
Thank you for curtains for my home much appreciated, last year I lived in a motel for 6x months my house was affected by fire from the house next door that burnt to ground. Ive long way to sort my house things but your help has been huge thank you so much.
Highly recommend their Homes Energy Assessments. Free and incredibly thorough. Had our home assessed and they looked at everything - from quick fixes turning down a thermostat to future thinking solar panels and ducted heat pumps. Jackson gave us practical solutions that were sensitive to our family's needs. Thanks for the 'to do' list!
A wonderful organization doing important work. They have a range of useful and interesting things in their eco-shop as well. If you are interested in living sustainably in Wellington, I recommend you check it out.
