It’s always so fresh and good. The price is affordable. I don’t like drinking much so my favourite here is sushi and miso soup, which comes as the deal and cheaper. Another option is vegan salad, so fresh and delicious.
Sushi was quite good and at a good price. However, the vegetarian gyozas were a bit undercooked. There are options for vegetarians and vegans.
Itsu’s ‘eat beautiful’ menu celebrates Asian-inspired flavours, high in nutrients but refreshingly low in calories and saturated fat. Expect hand-crafted sushi, low-carb salads, tokyo wraps and a hot menu of noodles, soups, rice bowls, grab-and-go gyoza dumplings, smoothies and snacks. The itsu menu is designed to keep your mind sharp, your body strong and your skin glowing. With 50 dishes under 500 calories, ‘fresh never fried’ is itsu’s mantra. They source the finest ingredients, then make to order all day, every day. Enjoyed the Korean spicy stir-fry style udon noodles with miso soup. Affordable price, friendly staff and quick service. It's a cashless self help service and order were ready in minutes. Really impressed.
Great food as usual but more importantly the manager was absolutely brilliant and went above and beyond when a woman fell outside and needed to rest for a minute and have some water. A great example of lots of people rallying together to help someone, especially the staff. Thank you for your help!
A big thanks to RIZZ, who served me this afternoon. What a credit to your team and is amazing at his job! Not only did he make me some sushi which had run out, but was available still on the till, but as I was waiting he assisted an older customer with such patience and friendless.Food: 5/5
Itsu is of course great for the price. Staff are very welcoming, but the new self checkout screens are awful. Especially pre closing, you’re supposed to go over, check what they have left and then order on the screen. What was wrong with the old way? Although I can understand if that was done to prevent stealing given the location. Hopefully won’t happen in all the other locations.
Having been to Itsu places before I thought this one was a little tight in terms of seating and indoor dining. The self ordering screens is literally in front of the entrance and is quite easy to use. The display of the different dishes is quite the opposite from what is served. On the screen there's this huge porcelain/ceramic bowl but what one gets is a takeaway carton box container. There's one low table and the rest are high. The table top was sticky so much so that the napkin stuck to it not good. Even when one staff member meandered over he simply collected the left containers, never wiped the surface area down, seemingly no intention to either. If the recycling bins were closer to the exit patrons would not leave the containers on the tables. Layout should be rethought definitely. But the food is delicious above all
Not really a place that provides direct service because you collect your order from till. The food they serve is very good and this generally applies to their full franchise I got a katsu curry and it was very tasty. No complaints but other locations can do what itsu does better so it is not all that special. I would recommend if you are passing by and are pressed for options on what to eat.
Excellent little spot to grab a bite. In order of delicious we ate Korean BBQ rice bowl, chilli chicken udon and prawn dumplings. All were good. Very casual atmosphere and great value for what you're getting. I wanted to grab take away for later but they were all snatched up by the time we were done!
Food made in the day with Asian style. Prices about 4-7£. The food is good. The place is small with 4 tables for 6 customers each. They don't have for recycle, that is a same because all their products have plastic and cardboard.
