I love this spa so much. Every product used is made by their own brand which is so lasting and wonderful quality. The nail colours are amazing and last for so long. More than anything the service I received is amazing, it is so personal and very dedicated unlike some other spas and nail bars in town. I am gutted that this place is shutting down and I hope they will reconsider and open up soon again
Enjoyed a magical massage with Holly. On opening the door to this new spa in Epsom, there was a real sense of calm and this continued through to the treatment room where a hot stone massage was sheer indulgence. Highly recommend and will definitely come again.
Just started using this spa, I have had a fabulous manicure and today had probably the best facial and massage I have ever had. Amazing staff, so knowledgeable and helpful. Wonderful way to spend a cold wet morning.
I love both my time with Lily and the end result of her work. Had my nails done today and stopped to buy some bread - all three of the shop assistants commented on how much they loved my nails! They're in good company with everyone else I know. Thanks Lily!
I had the pleasure of the delicious indulgence of the Intensive Rescue manicure and pedicure from Lily as a treat for my birthday. I was made to feel very special from the moment I arrived with her lovely warm greeting and promises of the star treatment and luxuries to come. The extras provided shoulder de stress spray and wheat bag added to my great personalised experience. My satisfaction was very much Lily's top priority. I can't stop admiring my gorgeous new hands! I have previously experienced this dedication to personalised service when I had an exceptional massage with Nicholas. The magnificent combination of yummy natural oils and scents, towels and wraps to keep my hands from falling off the table was exceptional as I luxuriated in the experience. Thank you for providing this wonderful haven to escape to.
The first time I came here it was amazing. A really nice nail technician and she did a great job. I went back again and had another technician and what a disappointment. She was really rough to the point of hurting my hands. She did an awful job of my nails with lots of uneven ridges on my nails. And all different shapes. And she spent the whole time so.plaining about NZ. Definately won't be going back.
What a gem this is! I had the most wonderful,relaxing facial today with Nicolas, with head massage whilst the masque did its magic. I can out after 50 minutes, relaxed and with baby soft skin on my face. Bought the moisture mousse which is FABULOUS!
Thank you so much for an awesome massage yesterday, it would have to be the best massage I have had by a long shot, I felt totally pampered. I would highly recommend and I can't wait to go back.
Lovely nails done by Lily once again. A very pleasant and relaxing experience. Surmanti Spa uses quality products and Lily always does a great job.
