Fantastic communication right from the first general enquiry. Service went above and beyond, in keeping what we were after aside for collection, Bought an e-bike of excellent quality, great built in extras basket and rear carrier and great fun. Now saving for 2nd.  Can't praise enough and happy to make further purchases. Highly recommend.

1st review Oct 2021: Great service thanks.  2nd review Dec 2022: I had a problem with the newly installed battery in my caravan. I rang Supreme Antennas this morning, and they identified that the battery was faulty. They installed a new upgraded and more expensive battery, with no additional cost to me. All this on the day they were due to close down for the holiday period! Eceptional service as always - thanks so much Mike & the team and wishing you all a great xmas and new year.

I am really happy with these guys. They installed a large solar system on our caravan plus new audio and 12 volt. TV.  Excellent quality of work. Very fair price.  They have innovative ideas and our caravan is ready to go completely off grid.  Great team.  Highly recommended.

I purchased a new Skybox V6 HD from RV & Marine in Hamilton back in March of this year. I installed it in my motor home just last month. I was getting a on and off again signal and noticed the aerial cable to the unit was a little loose. I tightened it with an open ended spanner which broke the connection for the aerial off from the circuit board inside the unit. I returned the unit and have been told it is not covered under warranty. I am very disappointed as I did not apply a lot of pressure on tightening the aerial just a slight tweak and the aerial base broke loose. If this is an issue these units should have a locking nut on the base to prevent this from happening. I am now left with a Sky unit that doesn't work and will never deal with this company again. They should honor and cover their products. I was then directed to contact their supplier Supreme Antennas in Levin who also advised that they will not fix or replace the item stating "user incorrect installation". If the satellite lead has a spanner type fitting then you would think that it would be okay to give it a slight tighten which is what I did. I am told I should not have done this but in the installation instructions no where does it state to not over tighten. They also told me that if over tightened on a TV the same would happen but in fact if you look at the back of a TV the connection has a flat locking plate on its base to prevent it from breaking. They say they are consumer guaranteed but in my case they will not back up their product. The owners comment to me was that I was dumb.... nice touch!  VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING
