Absolutely fantastic service from Nicola, Ian and Steve - they are all such lovely people and did an incredible job installing new flooring in the living and dining areas, staircases and hallway of our family home. They handled the job from start to finish - removing and disposing of the old carpet, preparing the floor and then installing the flooring. The work was done promptly because we had a tight timeframe and everything was done to an extremely high standard. They are so good that we started recommending them to our friends before the job was even finished! We had gotten quotes from several other flooring installers in the North Shore and Choices was clearly the best option because the people you speak to in the store are the people who will actually handle the job - we got a lot of misinformation from others and other businesses were not willing or able to handle the job from start to finish. With Choices, it is obvious that the team is incredibly experienced and really knows what they are doing. We are EXTREMELY happy with the finished result and can't wait to get them back to do the rest of the house. We really can't recommend the team at Choices North Shore highly enough.

Installation of my new carpet seemed such a seamless task with the two outstanding carpet layers that Choices Flooring sent. Eric and Leo, real Chinese characters, so polite and so extremely hardworking, worked all day excluding a few moments to guzzle their energy drinks. And man did they work hard!! As each room was completed they allowed me time to vacuum before moving the furniture back in. There was no damage done to any part of the house. Everything was cleared away after. The men communicated to me when any decisions that were required. They didn't mind me asking questions or observing what they were doing. I found it so intriguing to watch. If all Tradies were like these professionals, we will be very blessed. I totally recommend Choices Flooring. The carpet installed is wonderful, the app that helps is select the best colour is so useful. Nicola was so very pleasant and helpful and Steve so accurate with his measurements. We love our new vinyl plank flooring. I was amazed at how stress-free the whole process has been. My friend recommended that I use the team at Choices Flooring.
