Would have given these guys zero stars if i could. I sold these guys my car that i had recently recoverd after my car was stolen it was very emotional as the car was sentimental to me and it was hard letting go of it but after the damage the mongrels did to my car i had to let it go as much as i didn't want to. The chromes on the car were worth 600.00 alone so i had reached an agreement via text message to sell my car worth 5k prior to it being stolenwith key so no broken ignition to them for 780.00 and once they arrived they tried to intimidate me and bully me down to excepting 750.00. when i adimant and said no they paid me 770.00 even though the agreement was 780.00 rip off. I know its only 10.00 but thats not the point. Disgusting rip offs do not go here .
Enquired about a part, said they had one, book a time as they would be busy, went out, made sure the part fitted my car and I went on my way. Javid went out of his way to make sure the part was correct, kept cool while the place was overloading with bogans and sent me on my way. Great job and service.
My husband called these guys for a car part struct and shocks. They said it was $120 each on the phone and when we got there they said it was $120 not including GST, ended up to be $145. Husband had to debate as he was told $120 each on the phone expecting it would be the price. He ended up paying $130 for itnnAnd just after he paid seconds later, one of our mates called and said he had bought one for us and no need for another one. Husband went straight back inside and told these guys if they could pls cancel the order and told them our mate had already bought one, they said it's too late, that one of the workers is out the back digging it out, also said their efpos machine wouldn't refund, and that it would be a longer process with paper work to refund the money back..nnMake sure you're 100% sure before paying these guys your money or else you will never see it again. No reconsideration and regards to your circumstances. Ive bought tyres from these guys twice before, and NO WAY NEAR COMING BACK TO THESE GUYS AGAIN.nBy the way, we drove all the way from Levin for this...
don’t go here. i came in to get two front tyres a month before my WOF knowing i needed them, a month later went for my WOF and failed because it turns out they put two completely different sized tyres on my car and obviously i had only realized when i failed the WOF. I called and explained what had happened and they told me to come in so that they could fix their mistake, however when I had my car taken their they accused us of lying, saying that I probably put that tyre on myself and that i’m just trying to get a free tyre. they would not budge and refused to fix the mistake THEY made even though I had the invoice and they had earlier said that they would fix it.
Don't waste your time and money with place ,I went to them for Tyrese first change wrong side of my car Tyre , I drove back home feel drive like on the rock my car was shaking and they said it my car, and how ? My car was fine before I changed the Tyre, after talk he changed for me after change I drove back home, I'm not look much on the Tyre and in the next day my was very flat because he forgot to lid on , so I look the Tyre it very old, but not say anything just went back to the lid , and after put the lid on , I went to pump my car Tyre but only 3 day and my care flat again I keep because I do have time ,and have time I went back again , I about that and I change the old Tyre, I said how? I don't know how to change, and he said he the back Tyre, I said no my back Tyre it was all Brand new, I just change 2 front Tyre not the back Tyre, and he told to drove over to change, when I drove over and they check again and they it's my fault I break the Tyre, They change for me but need to pay again, it unfair, I recommend before you go check first, it was very bad service
