Love the staff always very friendly and down for a quick chat
Great little store when you don't want to wait in line elsewhere. What's with the Indian lady though? She always looks like she has a problem and when served at checkout always snatches my money out of my hand. Like uhh excuse me lady!
The store always has a putrid odour around the vege/fruit area, which is a real put off, makes me want to throw up. The staff arent that friendly, and the owner I think, the Indian lady there never smiles or greets customers welcoming...take a lesson from the owner operators at New World Te Kuiti they know how to welcome and treat customers respectfully.
Supervalue staff are very helpful and always friendly with a smile. The food are fresh and I find what I need to buy if not the staff will always help. I'd like to thank Sandra and Edwin for their help keep smiling.
Great little supermarket...very good and friendly service . Not as much variety of produce as per large supermarkets but nevertheless managed to buy everything I needed . I pop in for my smaller than usual grocery shop as it's quick and easy to Navigate re aisles etc.
