SuperValue Flatbush

It's come along way in the last 10yrs the store itself is being renovated at the moment. Not sure what happened to the beautiful island ladies that use to work there. Its getting alot expensive though but so is every store. Staff are new somewhat helpful at times, Fresh produce has improved a little, meat department hmm still needs alot of work meat looks old. But Heres too a brighter better SuperValue as the New Year is just lurking around the corner. Change is always taken into consideration. Thanks SuperValue team members for an awesome year so far.

Good morning, when I shopped here the other month, I see it's getting a wonderful make over and it's been long over due. Prices are also good compared to Paknsav or countdown.... but you still need to shop around. I have also read 1 comments regards to CORNBEEF locked away. These items are very expensive as Thieves like to Steal them, they don't take them by " A CAN" They steal them by boxes. I know this, because I have work as a Loss Prevention Officer at Paknsav, you have no idea what we have to do to prevent all this from Happening. catching them, and bringing them back into the shops . So please think outside the box to why they have to lock them up. Anyway I love the customer service & I would support them . Thanks for reading my story, this is only a small portion of my catching. !!!

Never any shopping trolleys otherwise friendly service.... only supermarket iv been to and they lock up the corned beef and keep it behind the checkout. Lol

I have seen the transformation from 3 Guys to Countdown to Super Value being a local shopper. Unfortunately the standard has dropped store looks run down and old. The medical centre has upgraded and other stores have maintained a relatively updated look but Super Value looks outdated is due for a revamp. Has an okay selection trades mainly on island food core products which are generally good value for money which is always good for the community. Other products are all expensive so wouldn't do weekly shop here. Bread & Milk and Cornbeef are generally speaking on special frequently. Very busy at times because of its location has a few other shops inside which are partitioned off. Unfortunately the two star is for the rundown look and the fact that I saw the whole chicken that's cooked in the pie warmer put in the drink chiller, after it was in the pie warmer all day, not good. Staff are friendly but average shopping Experience would only buy essentials here.

Absolutely loved this place....use to shop here years ago....only negative comment two big pot holes in the carpark....so pls fill them in.

So convenient, the veggies and fruits are cheaper here then some other places.

Prices are expensive... Not my choice of place to do grocery shopping only use this place for emergency items as its close to home.

Popped in for a few things, used to be a regular shopper here but thankfully now have a closer supermarket that has more variety and better prices. Had a basket which was put up on the conveyor belt...aftwe scanning half the items the assistant asks for it to be removed as they aren't allowed them on there. After asking why she didn't say that when the basket was put up and prior to scanning most the goods she became rude and threw the rest of the items in the bags. Commonsense would be to say something as we went to put the basket up I also let her know signs would be helpful. The shop itself could do with a clean up, bigger range of items and some prices are ridiculously high.

It's ok, good prices for some stuff, obviously don't do expiry date checks as quite often you find expired shelf items but other than that staff seem.friendly the couple of times ive been there. Queue can be longish when its busy as they can only open a couple of tills at a time. But good place to get a few buts and pieces but I wouldn't do main shopping there as supermarkets are still cheaper most of the time.

I like how big this store is compared to others. Good prices. Good products.
