Really amazing service from Kamal. His products sell themselves, they are great quality and we'll priced. We were away for the weekend, had the best night ever sleep at an Air B and B, and realized that we needed to upgrade our bed. Despite the fact that we lived in a different town, we bought the new bed from Kamal. He gave us superior service and no hassle with delivery. We need to upgrade our kids beds soon, so we'll be back in touch with Kamal again.
Our experience of buying a new lounge suite is hard today, as so much choices out there, I spend many a day online, then went to Thames Superprice Furniture and unexpectly went in and Kamal sorted it out with honesty and patience which was what I needed as on my own trying to make a decision, I highly reccomend this store for furniture !! thank you Kamal we'll be back
Kamal was super helpful with finding us a new table and chair set to conduct meetings. Because we travelled from Pauanui with 30 minutes to spare before closing, he was accomodating to stay open later for us to make our final decision and load the stock into our car. It was great we were able to find exactly what we were wanting locally. Thank you!
Recently I have purchased 3 lots of furniture from Kamal and each time the service has been superb. The prices have been a lot more reasonable than I originally expected to pay. The furniture has completely changed the look of my home and I couldn't be happier with it. Kamal kept me informed on delivery times and even removed the packaging for me. I highly recommend this business for excellent customer service and for a great range of furniture.
We recently purchased some recliner sofa's from Monik at Super Price Furniture in Thames. He was fantastic to deal with. He was engaging and couldn't have been more helpful. Bought this lounge suite in the beginning of July and knew we had to wait till end of August for delivery. We dealt with Karmal Singh who was so helpful and kept in contact during our wait. Surprise yesterday we get a call to say it is being delivered. I arrived very well packed. The delivery man unpacked it for us and set it all up. All I can say is what wonderful customer service we received. Thank you to all, we are delighted with our purchase.
