- this is based on my experience alone, with only one staff member. Please don’t take my review as a negative on superior hair, as they are a great team, this is just my experience of what I went through. I would have given full stars, but I won’t lie, my service was not at all, okay with me. I had a micro-weft extension installed, but prior to the installation…I was told that it was a painless and non-damaging to my hair and said it was a good choice. During the whole process, it hurt so so much. I could literally feel the stylist, not only try yank my hair through the bead but also snapped my natural hair to get the job done, I also have a tangled knot on one side that pulling the loose hairs, not only that but also the fact none of this was done properly. I’ve had to go to another salon, only to tell me that he messed up my natural hair, the parting was angled, I have loose hairs from other areas that shouldn’t be there and now recently discovered bald spots!! That’s the one thing I didn’t want, was for that to happen. Also, knowing I didn’t get what I paid for wash and cut that disappointed me as I felt like my appointment was also rushed. It wasn’t a bad experience, but it was enough to make me second guess whether or not if I come back again. Also, your staff member wasn’t rude at all, or mean, just felt as if he didn’t care about my hair and just wanted to finish….
Had 3 ponytail extensions, all of them go really matted and dread up after a couple months of wear few times a week I only used heat on one of them for a few minutes blow dry. I bought two blonde ones, and one brown one with blonde ends. The brown one came really dark to the point I'm sure I was sent the wrong one, and once washed LOADS of dye came out it so the colour changed dramatically from one wash. They are good for minimal wear, they arrive nice and smooth, but after not long they start to matt, my colleague has the same issue too. I used the recommended shampoos etc. They were always brushed and kept safe, but even with brushing regularly they would matt up instantly after a really short period of time. Good on arrival for short wear only, definitely not for longer term.
Outstanding service and end results! Loving my extension's feel like a million dollars! Easy to deal with , easy to book consultation and book appointment. These guys really are brilliant and i highly recommend them!
BUYER BEWARE! Make sure you triple check the products that you purchase, as you could spend $60 on wig tape and be handed the wrong ones. I carefully assessed the two shapes and said which one I wanted. Trusted that when they went back to grab it, they had done their job correctly, they hadn't. I now have $60 of tape I have to modify because they gave me the wrong shaped tape. So BEWARE! You need to triple check you have the right product before you leave the store.
Soooo thin. I have tried numerous different combinations to make them appear thicker in my hair. For AAA grade, I don't feel I got $210 worth. Tried the colour match and was perfect, so opened the netting making them now non returnable and I'm really disappointed. Equally disappointed that your reviews added to your website are clearly monitored and selected from because I left one and it doesn't show. Convenient and very misleading

Absolutely love every experience at superior hair. I have been getting my tape ins here for the past 2 years and they are amazing every time. Thank you Woody for making my hair dreams come true. Highly recommend!
My last experience was very frustrating, I was super unhappy with the result of my extensions, the color doesn't matt with my hair and I needed to add more hair. I mentioned this to the stylist but I felt that the hair was done in a hurry and that they didn't have time to finish. I contacted them to be able to solve the problem and it was the real nightmare. The company is very resistant to accepting that they made a mistake, the internal communication does not flow well and they only think about the amount they will charge me, not giving the slightest importance to my dissatisfaction. So I scheduled to have the correction done and now is amazing Note: I change for 3 stars just because the hair have a good quality and I will can back to buy the hair and hair done, I hope this review can help the company improvement they customer service and increase the book time.

Packaging, prompt delivery and amazing quality in the hair!!! This is my second lot of clip in extensions and they do not disappoint! I bought Bronde Balayage as I wanted to have lighter ends. To match my hair colour I gently dyed the tops of the extensions and the results are brilliant... I know il be ordering more in the future...
