Had direct experience of the company. First, I am not a business customer - I am a member of the public who contacted them to see if they would receive a heater part from Atlantic France on my behalf so I could repair my heater - given these heaters are sold as eco-friendly and by places like the Sustainability Trust, I thought maybe Trevor and the team would be happy to help. What followed was several months of frustration - many emails and phones calls most by me, most not responded to. At one stage three months ago now Trevor offered to see if they had a spare part and I sent through measurements and then further radio silence. If they had the courtesy to just say "No" in March, it would have saved me months of wasted energy. I believe customer service is led from the top and can't recommend Superheat based on my experience. Would not surprise me if they treated smaller b-to-b customers similarly.
Haven't been here nor had any experience with the company but one review who gave a poor rating yet never had any experience with the company either was unwarranted and dragged down the average review so just here to help sort things out and bump up the average! No problem
Great local company, very responsive to emails and calls, a pleasure to deal with.
These guys don't stand by their product. They need replacing every 18months.
