I needed some new wiper blades.nRyan was at the wiper stand in your shop and did some quick research to find the blades I needed. While i was in the queue to pay, he fitted them on my car and was back at the cash register and took the payment.nA five minute process. Can't get better than that. :

If you own a car this is the best place to shop. Staff at the Whangarei store are always very helpful and go the extra mile to put a smile on the face of the customer.
Great experience, I had ordered a new car battery on line, which was quick and easy to do. Unfortunately when I arrived to click and collect they discovered whilst fitting it that I had ordered the wrong one. The problem was remedied in a few minutes. The team are friendly and supportive.
Excellent customer service. The store was fairly busy and it was lunchtime. The two staff members I interacted with were really helpful and one even came out to my car to make sure we had the right product for the job.
