Great experience, I had ordered a new car battery on line, which was quick and easy to do. Unfortunately when I arrived to click and collect they discovered whilst fitting it that I had ordered the wrong one. The problem was remedied in a few minutes. The team are friendly and supportive.
Customer service by this young team of individuals was outstanding. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I may have their names incorrect but Logan, Brooklyn and Skye made what was a little stressful situation of failed attempts of charging a flat car battery and purchasing incorrect accessories to having the team exchange and get the vehicle back on the road. After 20 years in Sydney the team in Whangarei are probably the best experience I’ve had at a SC store. Keep it up
If you own a car this is the best place to shop. Staff at the Whangarei store are always very helpful and go the extra mile to put a smile on the face of the customer.
Excellent customer service. The store was fairly busy and it was lunchtime. The two staff members I interacted with were really helpful and one even came out to my car to make sure we had the right product for the job.
Helpful, knowledgeable staff. The staff member I was dealing with wasn't sure on a detail and sought out someone who he knew had the relevant outside experience to clarify.
