I was told that my order will arrive in 2-3 working days. But got surprised the following morning that my order is ready for pick up. That was super quick. Thanks a lot.
I came in to purchase the SCA wireless reverse camera from whangarei SCA , and due to an error, a sale price had been placed on the product. Even though I was happy to pay the original price, the Assistant Manager, apologies couldn’t recall the name honoured the sale price, acknowledging it as their mistake. I was genuinely blown away by his professionalism and honesty.
Where do I start. So angry with them I ordered a part from them which we needed fast and was told it would come the following week as I ordered it on Thursday. Then I rang the following week and they told me it went to whanganui not Whangarei which is ridiculous. I had to ring it was 2 weeks I had to wait. Not happy at all horrible service never again
Excellent service and I appreciated that the young man fitted the wiper blades for me and did it professionally.
The staff were helpful and answered my questions, made suggestions and enabled me to make an informed decision.
