I haven't came across any sales rep in the past who is rude as Steph. 0 customer service skills. Congratulations Super cheap you have lost a loyal customer.
Super helpful staff. We had a flat battery and they kindly came out and did a free battery test. One of them even offered the jump start us with his own vehicle.
The girl MALAN with the pink hair idk how to spell it. Rude incompetent and obviously just wants to get home as soon as she arrives at work. I needed a battery for my car to drive it back to chch from rolleston. I told her I might be 5 late or a few if that. I got there at 2mins past and she came out of the slider doors saying closed sorry with a smile on her face and walked off. Never EVER coming here and don’t recommend it. Only the older gentleman in the store ever help you in there
I am so impressed by our most recent experience at Rolleston super cheap, we came in, very stressed after a breakdown, as a last resort as useless repco next door had told us no one would have the part we needed or be able to help. Walked into super cheap with my partner, and everyone was eager to help, the guy serving us was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what we were talking about! Searched up my number plate, found the part we needed and in less than 5 minutes had organised for the part to be ordered. It came from Melbourne in less than 3 working days, very reasonable price too. Worth mentioning that I wasn’t treated like an idiot for being a female too, as that’s a very common issue when it comes to woman buying things for cars! I felt listened to and that the guy genuinely wanted to give me the best option, we will be very loyal customers from now on, although hopefully no more breakdowns!
Positive acknowledgement on arrival, precise product provided after relevant questions and use of inhouse tech. Happy customer got to roll out and do the job with no return.
