Very helpful staffs.nMy car got a system faulty light on and sometimes off at my dashboard. A free battery test performed by a friendly staff, it was not a battery problem for my car.nI took my car to do a diagnostic car scan on the other day which is at a very reasonable price, only $24. They found it is a ABS related problem. Dan is very patient and knowledgeable that trying to help for resetting. The faulty light was gone after resetting. Dan explained in details and remind me if the dashboard light turned up again, need to look into on the issue that listed on the report.nnHighly recommend for their free battary check and affordable diagnostic scan, rather than just go to some rip off auto garage will charge you $55-90 for scanning + on top plus labour charge by hourly count but just identifying the problem without fixing.
Went in for the first time today,Absolutely disgusting customer service from a Female, her attitude is and was apoorling towards me and didn't know anything about the products they sell and how they work,I will never go back ever. There was one good thing there was a young lad working at the front desk and he was so respectful and lovely. Management need to look at this.
Rudest staff STEPH. She has never be nice any time i have gone in. If you hate your job leave it!!! Obviously doesn’t want to be there nore help customers. I asked help at the parts desk and she treated me as I was dumb. I just needed help to find a blub, is that so hard??!
Good as usual but didn't have enough stock of a particular item and the staff aren't privvy to replacement dates.
very poor service unfortunately... was asked for roof racks for my car they couldn't help on finding the right one. kept asking for rego and took so much time to find despite me having the measurements for the crossbar they still keep looking for the car model... pretty much lack of knowledge about vehicle. Some of the staff there are not friendly at all and wouldn't assist me or help me find the items I was looking for. would never go to supercheap again to buy roof racks or anything that is beyond that.
