There is a young lady working here who DOES NOT MISS A BEAT. You walk in, she's serving a customer, she sees you and calls out in a pleasant voice a welcome and that if you need anything she'll be available soon without losing her current customers attention. She serves us efficiently, pleasantly, politely, gives timely reminders about things, up sells, wishes us a great day as we're leaving. I don't know, hard to describe but she is 'on' and customer focused and aware and proactive and I've had to tell her before how excellent she is. When was her last pay raise?

Open until 5.00 on Sunday was a good start! Staff available and helpful. The lady who helped me was pleasant, knowledgeable and gave good advice on the products available. Turns out there was a sale on, so I paid less than I expected to. All good, thank you
I came in to buy wiper blades, i’m just a girl so i brought the wrong ones. i went back in to get the right ones and i think his name was James, he was super helpful and let me return the incorrect ones. thanks team
