Great service, was able to help me out when the Hamilton Supercheap wasn't able to mix paint after I had ordered it online & it said it was in stock. Thanks Te Rapa store for pulling through, it was an urgent need. Cheers

Amazing customer service in Te Rapa. Just Amazing been in several occasions with different staff each time and all so customer focused and helpful. Not often you see that these days and with 4 different staff members. Give them a bloody raise because you do not want to lose them.

Got what was advertised in catalogue..however some staff may need training and upskilling on customer service and where store products are stored if not on the shelves. Asking your customer to wait to the side because you couldn't find a product so you can assist another customer is not acceptable. I dont think any customer would appreciate being ask to wait because you didn't want to look any further for an advertised product that you confirmed was available in stock and in your store..was very disappointing. However thank you to your peer staff worker who was not only very friendly and very confident in product location..

Rang regards meter vault. Followed up by calling into Supercheap TeRapa Maui Street Brody and Brad had a variety ready ar counter for us to view. Also took us to view another product we wanted to view and did a computer search for another inquiry. Their helpful and jovial manner was refreshing and made for outstanding customer service experience.

Staff are great and know their stuff and always willing to help with any questions can find anything for your car in seconds and show you the best products for your needs

Although not everything I was looking for was in stock, the staff were extremely helpful as I was about to leave and my car wouldn't start. The staff helped give me a jump, checked my battery health then do a warranty claim on the battery after it had failed. All of this after the store was meant to close and I left with a new car battery and a whole lot of luck!

The team were exceptional. Not only by giving me and my Mum a crash course in changing wiper blades but also fitting them too. We were only passing through but know we can stop here in the future and get everything sorted.

Fantastic customer service, couldn’t find what I was looking for so staff member helped me to look for the item, when it became apparent it was out of stock alternative suggestions were offered. Can’t rate their staff highly enough.
