Called to enquired about a special order part. The woman I spoke to was very helpful. She even called the supplier to make sure it was the right part. And I recieved another call to confirm the part was arriving next week. The part arrived at the Botany store for pick up with in 2 weeks Very happy with the professionalism and help of the Botany branch Thank you
They deserve more than 5 stars rating for their awesome service & the variety of car parts & accessories, and i love the vibe too !
Staff were fantastic, very helpful and patient in looking up various parts, or showing me to the shelf where the parts were and checking the differences. I was just a bit disappointed the promotional baseball caps had run out for making purchases of specific brand products.
Went into the store yesterday to get some matched paint and enquire about parts for an older car. The paint mix took about 15 minutes - very carefully done. And Francis actually knew about older vehicles and was superb in providing the info I needed.
Very disappointing. Put in a special order two weeks ago said they will get in touch in a week and not heard from them. I needed this part urgently for a WOF re-check and they failed to call me on time even when I told them to call me asap. I called today only to find it was delivered on Wednesday. Very frustrating. No customer care whatsoever. Need more training but had better experience in the west and central stores. Won’t be going here again.
Fantastic staff , Very pleasant . Went into look for something , Supercheap didn't have them but ended up purchasing a couple of bigger items .
Well laid out and spacious store. Helpful staff and great service. Parking is in abundance. Very good pricing though alot of times I have found products out of stock. Very good discounts and a decent range. Well located.

Dont bother trying to buy spray paint for your car their. They wont serve you. Better off going to mt wellington branch.
Manager and 2 female staff were outstanding and went out of their way to help me.
