Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff who are willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. They didn’t have what I was looking for but I ended up buying a similar product simply because of the help and good service from staff.
Very helpful staff. We lost a wiper blade on our rental van and the attendant helped us find the right size, compare prices, then installed it for us in the parking lot.
Excellent staff. Very helpful, informative, polite and respectful. Helped me when I needed it. And left me to browse when I didn't. All products bought to date have been great quality. And I've bought a few things. Jack. Jack stands. 18v and 12v power tool sets. Tool kits. Jumpstarter. Carseat covers.impact socket sets. Paint and bits pieces when the need arose. Broke a 10mm impact socket. Replaced free no questions asked. If they don't have something, and I'm surprised if they don't, they point me in the right direction and haven't steered me wrong. And they can get parts for my old Merc. Not everything. But I don't need everything. Very impressed with SCA Stoke. And the wonderful staff I've encountered there so far. Value for money? F..k Yes! Club deals are a go too. Thank you SCA Stoke. F..king Brilliant!!

I needed new windscreen wiper blades for a Skoda, not a common vehicle in these parts. The shop assistant asked how he could help, went out with tape measure and we looked at options, made a recommendation of the slightly cheaper equipment and then fitted them for me. Very professional and courteous. And done in quick time too. I'm very impressed. And it's great to be able to see clearly now when I'm driving.
