Toxic customer service. I went in to purchase some ice, and was asked for my ID, I provided it. I kindly asked why it was necessary to purchase some ice and was explained in a rude manner of how their ID check policy was if a person looked under 30. I asked since when was that a thing and they rudely answered me saying that it was always a thing.
Great friendly staff and plenty of stock etc.
I would like to speak with the store manager regarding a phone interaction I had today. I called to ask for a price, and the staff member who answered was rude and unprofessional. Could the manager please contact me so I can discuss what happened? Thank you.
As good as youd expect a wholesalers to be.
Did a small order recently for a 60th wedding anniversary. Great selection and fair price. 5 stars are for the staff. The 2 guys working there were great, provided fantastic assistance and service. Sorry, I didn’t get your names but … thank you!
