Had an absolutely amazing experience with Cars Galore. Talked to Will, and I can't fault him. He was extremely helpful and was absolutely awesome to talk to. Would definitely recommend Cars Galore to anyone looking to buy a car.
6 months/4000km after buying the vehicle it now needs several thousand dollars of work put into it to get it back on the road. Called Shane to see if they could help. Was eventually told no after talking in circles. Asked if they would buy it back from us at a reduced price but they didn't want a dud neither does my family. Was a bit of a hassle buying it as well. Will actively go out of my way to NOT recommend buying from Cars Galore. Very disappointed.
Having did some research online to have a look at what if any utes they had available & if they did trade in . I rang spoke with a Brendan , he gave me some information and advised me to come in and see either Shane or will , which I did go in the showroom/ car-lot I was met by Will and he was very happy very professional very helpful and in the end I was able to trade my vehicles and managed to get a fantastic deal and the service was exceptional and I would be recommending cars galore to my friends for certain . Thanks Will Shane and the team .
Buying a used vehicle can be a daunting experience at the best of times. My experience was anything but. Having chosen and purchased the 4WD Dual cab Ute I used it for about 2 weeks before a problem arose with the transmission. I was several hundred km away and Shane suggested that to save time and mileage , I take it to a transmission shop in Hervy Bay. The estimate was way over the top and I drove back to Toowoomba. Shane arranged to have the transmission replaced rather than repairing it and during this time, I was given the use of a loan car. Shane also arranged to have some extra electrics fitted. I received an update call every day or two and when the vehicle to collect , it had been detailed , filled with fuel and looked almost new. I could carry on but I can highly recommend Shane and his team at Cars Galore if you are in the market for a used vehicle
BUYER BEWARE. Bodgy Car dealership!!!!! My bf paid $20000 cash for a car that didn't even make it to it's due service. What a joke. 6 months $20k Should have realised Shanes business was a mess when the promised detail hadn't been completed nor had the service been done before pick up. SHAMBLES!!! Car Needs rebuild $8000 Even found shonky service history in logbook. Makes sense as to why the car didn't last. Shame on you Shane. And hold your breath Cars galore.. Don't bother replying, as all you seem to do is pass the blame or personally attack those who complain about you. Shame Shane.
Customer service was amazing and great value for money when buying a car that I purchased recently definitely worth a visit personally I will be going back to see Shane and Leanne Brown for my next car can’t them enough
Really lovely people to deal with, Shane came into work on a public holiday so we could look at a caravan they had for sale. He was knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. Leanne came in to finalise the paperwork and we drove our new van away that same day. Down to earth people and we were grateful for their advice and help. I'd certainly look at buying a car from them in the future, even though I live in Brisbane. Great experience! :

Went to look at a car last week with my wife. the owner Shane was very rude and arrogant. I will never come back to this place again ever. He was nothing but rude and arrogant.
Tells me it's a 2016 Holden Captiva with 85,000 on the clock.. when coming to sign the paperwork, it's a 2013 Captiva with 125,000 on the dash. SHONKY!
