I specialize in small group classes and one on one sessions.

I believe is safe ethical yoga that is tailored for your body.
If you are looking for more insight than a generic class or have injuries to consider you can be sure of plenty of personal attention, alignment checks, adjustments (if you want them), time to ask questions and best of all a nice little massage at the end of class

My current timetable is:
Tuesdays at 7pm in my small home studio
Hatha yoga, 1.5hrs

Wednesdays at 6.15pm at Velca health centre in Howick
Yin yoga, 1hr

Thursdays I have a regular booking at 7pm for a private family class.
