Sunshine Solar use a German Evacuated Tube system specifically designed to heat hot water in New Zealand conditions. The most popular solar system world wide, evacuated tubes have a 20 year history of cost effective, year round performance and have revolutionised the solar water heating industry.

We moved into a new house with a legacy solar hot water system. Despite not being the original installer, John from Sunshine Solar was incredibly helpful in explaining how the system worked and how to troubleshoot issues we were having. John definitely knew his apples, so to speak, and I would recommend Sunshine Solar most highly.
I recently had a issue with my solar controller and called John who provided me with professional advice and step by step instructions on the unit configuration. He emailed me the manual for reference and was a pleasure to deal with.
Very helpful friendly advice over the phone from John highly recommended :-
Quick consultation and friendly installers. A few little issues at the beginning like the clock in the controller setup wrong but this was quickly fixed later on. We have saved a lot of electricity over summer and only needed to heat the tank once when it was cloudy for 3 days in a row.
The system works well and for our use is economic sunniest town in NZ!. Have had issues with accessing data on-line and found Arun to be very helpful. Solved my issues.
