Absolutely wonderful to see our local Cafe converted to a stunning little restaurant. While still a cafe during the day, in the evening it turns into a taste sensation. This was our first visit after the change in ownership and we were thrilled with the results.nEach of the four dishes we chose were a delight. Beautifully cooked with a very clever balance of tastes.nThe team were professional - making for a wonderful experience. Can highly recommend.

I dined at the Moonshine Bar last night with a group of friends. It was the opening night. They have a very extensive tapas menu and we ordered a variety of dishes to share. Without exception everything was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The service was good and the staff very friendly and informative. I am so pleased we have a new dining option in Pegasus. I wish them every success and we will definitely be regular customers
We visited this restaurant at Pegasus on Friday night with some friends and all of the food was amazing. We had shared meals between four of us and the presentation and the taste was outstanding. we had from memory the dumplings, pork belly, potatoes, meatballs, beef cheeks and of course Churrios for dessert. this will be our regular go to Mail and it’s so nice to see that Pegasus now has a decent restaurant for us to visit.
