100% recommended. We were hesitant spending so much money, but they provided fast & knowledgeable communication both through phone and email and seem to have delivered the solar, battery, and inverter upgrades with a high standard of quality. Initially over email we did get the impression that all would be finished within the same day, but unfortunately at arrival we heard it would take two days. Luckily we were allowed to stay in our vehicle overnight on their property. The final invoice was within 2% of the initial quote. We also appreciated the ‘sweet’ surprise
I found AA Solar very helpful when it came to commissioning my system. They gave me all the support and guidance to enable the Solar System to run smoothly. They are easy to communicate with. I recommend them as the company of choice when it comes to solar related products.
25 August 2022. We were very pleased with the prompt response, on a Sunday morning, by AA Solar to analyse a problem with our 12 volt system cutting out randomly. Edgar subsequently fixed the fault and checked the system out so that it now functions as it should. The Owner assured us that they are available 24/7 by phone to advise on any issues. Had an issue with batteries in motor home from a previous installation, unfortunately the companies I had used had sold so had no come back. We got in touch with AA Solar and dealt with Rahul who organised the repair for us. He went out of his way to help us and replaced batteries at a reduced cost. Edward did the work and explained everything in terms we could understand , the workmanship was outstanding and we are extremely happy with the result, would highly recommend AA Solar for any Caravan or Motorhome work. Wow these guys are amazing! No long waits for booking in, excellent knowledge and advice. They allow you to park overnight in their yard handy for me who lives a few hours away!, and you can stay while they install things for you. Over all they explained all the options to us, the how and why, and despite giving me plenty of warning the cost may go over because i had a unique setup, they ended up being UNDER the quote! At all times i felt they were clear, concise, and friendly. I spent the day working from their nice kitchen, and every single employee made a point of being super polite and friendly to me including the owner! Would definitely be going back, and plan on making a point of it As a side note, All low reviews appear to be from previous owners
I called in search of advice as this company sells the same equipment that I have. Because I didn’t buy from them that just told me to go away. Terrible people who just want your money. Read the reviews. When something goes wrong, they’re all denial and terrible customer service. I was going to buy from them as my setup requires expansion but now I’ll never buy from them. I strongly suggest that you don’t buy from them either. There are plenty of other place that are run by nice people. Not just vultures wanting your money then leaving you to rot. Run away !
Fantastic experience start to finish. Spoke to Rob to get a quote, he guided us professionally and friendly through all the options and decided on a 150W panel on our van. A week later we went in to get the work done our choice to wait a week, rob did offer to do that day. Thorsten then greeted us and checked over what we agreed with Rob the week previous. He was charming and professional also. He carried out the work with an enthusiasm for perfection. He delivered flawlessly what we expected and more. Would 100% recommend AA Solar to anyone wanting fast, reliable and friendly professional work done.
Bought a 4Kw hybrid inverter from AASolar, well priced for what you get in this package and was shipped promptly arriving to my delivery address early. What I was not happy with is the after sales support when I queried an issue with PV charging and first question asked was this installed by a registered electrician, as this was not they denied ANY support based on the good old health and safety excuse. So anyone thinking of purchasing solar and wants to DIY with AASolar i would recommend you stay away from these guys as the after sales support is poor and full of excuses as per response to my feedback.
I had a great experience purchasing from AA Solar. They had the perfect panels for my van install, and I picked up the panels and wiring kit from them. I ended up changing the system slightly, and they had no problem exchanging unused parts for needed ones, and even let me hang out in their parking lot to work on my install last week. Huge thanks to Thorsten and Rajiv for all the help getting my system up and running!
Got a 25watter on my lifeguard tower to charge the slowmo camera batteries, absolute 10/10 experience.
