Initial service great then totally shocking! Had our deposit for a month then advised a week before expected delivery date that they could not manufacture our $33K order on time and would be at least 5 weeks late and even then no guarantee. No apologies. Thankfully refunded our deposit.

Sales team fantastic, after sale service is appalling. No communication skills, no follow through. After 1yr require new mechanism, has been ordered, 3 weeks on I still haven't seen or heard anything. This is the security of our home. Not happy.

Avoid like the plague. So so many delays. Products falling apart after 8 weeks. Company runs for cover and try to charge us more money to come and fix all the items they supplied and installed that r wrong or failing to work..
