This is not a review for the boat ramp as I have not used it. This is a review about the location. It is a great site to lookout to the city. Its good place to be in the evening or night to park the car and lookout to the Auckland city skyline and have a chat with your dear ones.
a very nice lookout to view the Auckland city..it was cloudy today but relaxing and peaceful.. not many people came by even on a weekend.. would love to see this place develop, as the ramp is quiet old, I was scared for my son walking on it as it has no railings to hold for little people, but he was brave because he loves to explore and it teaches him appreciate wonderful scenic views..

Good place for taking photos of Auckland City. That night high cloud and the brown clouds was caused by the city lights on the clouds.
Great place for taking photos of Auckland City, and the night sky esp at night. Stink the skytower lights were not lit up and was hoping to see the Vector lights on the Harbour Bridge aswell last night, they only came on once we arrived to town around half 9pm. Anyways, will visit this place again during the day. NightPro pxt from S22. Tower lights were actually dark when thus was taken
